Self-esteem is how we feel about ourselves, but it’s not always as solid as it seems. In this video, I’ll explain it using the Slime & Wall Analogy—self-esteem is like slime: soft, mouldable, and easily influenced by the world around us.

To protect it, we need to build a wall of positive experiences, affirmations, and self-belief. But this wall needs constant reinforcement, or it wobbles and crumbles. I’ll show you how to help your teen build and strengthen their wall, so they can protect their self-esteem and feel confident, no matter what life throws at them. Below you’ll find guides, scripts and a brick wall template for your teen to use as a visual prompt to write down the positive bricks.
