It all starts with a call!

Parenting a teen can feel overwhelming, and finding the right support can feel just as hard.

That’s why at Parentology, everything starts with a simple, no-pressure Coffee & Clarity Call.

This call is just a conversation.

A chance for you to tell me a little about what’s happening, ask any questions, and for us to gently explore what support might look like — if you want it.

There’s no obligation to sign up to anything.

There’s no pressure to decide there and then.

My role is to listen, understand, and offer you a few clear, tailored options so you can choose what’s best for you.

What Does Support at Parentology Look Like?

  • Parent and Teen Coaching Sessions

    Description:
Focused 1:1 sessions designed to give you and/or your child clarity, strategies, and emotional support.

Whether it's a one-off call or a longer journey, coaching helps you feel more confident and connected in your parenting, and for your teen valuable strategies to deal with the pressures facing them.

  • Voxer Support

    Description:
Voxer is a secure app. This approach offers flexible support in your pocket!

Increasingly popular in parent support, it allows us to have contact whenever you need. No more waiting for a session in 2 weeks or a referral that never happens. Support right now!

Use voice notes and text messages to get advice, offload worries, and stay emotionally regulated in real-time.

Perfect for busy parents who need ongoing guidance without fixed sessions.

  • Teen Therapy Referrals

    Description:
If your teen needs more specialist help, we can connect you with trusted therapists through the Parentology network.

I’ll guide you through the process and offer continued parent support if needed.

How I Work

At Parentology, support isn’t about one-size-fits-all solutions.
It’s about meeting you and your family exactly where you are and walking forward together at your pace.

I use the RESET method to guide every conversation and recommendation:

  • Recognise what’s really going on beneath the surface.

  • Empathise with experience without judgment.

  • Speak clearly and simply about what matters most right now.

  • Emotionally Regulate — because feeling steady matters as much as what you say or do.

  • Trust the Process — real change takes time, not pressure.

As a parent I can teach you key aspects of this framework to use at home!
