Teen Counselling

Sometimes, the most powerful step is getting your teen into the therapy room.

For the past 20 years I’ve worked with hundreds of pre-teens and teenagers -each carrying their own mix of pressures, worries, and challenges.

From the outside, it can look like mood swings, withdrawal, or anger. On the inside, it’s often much more. That’s why counselling can be such a turning point. It gives your teen:

  • A safe, confidential space where they can speak freely.

  • Someone who isn’t a parent, teacher, or friend but listens without judgement.

  • Support that helps them feel heard, understood, and less alone

How Teen Counselling Works

Teen counselling is designed to give your child a space of their own, somewhere safe, confidential, and judgement-free where they can talk about what’s really going on.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Sessions last 50–60 minutes and are tailored to your teen’s needs.

  • Flexible locations - sessions can be online, or face-to-face in Bedford and with trusted therapists across the UK.

  • A safe, neutral space where your teen can explore feelings, worries, or challenges without pressure.

  • Parent feedback when it helps - while your teen’s privacy is respected, I’ll keep you in the loop so you feel supported too.

When your teen feels heard and understood, change becomes possible. And when you feel included, the whole family benefits.

From £85/session, block options available - ask for details.
