Introduction At Parentology World, we are committed to providing high-quality resources, coaching, and memberships to support parents and teens. We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund, and this policy outlines our terms and conditions for refunds to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are only available in accordance with the terms specified below.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@parentologyworld.com  within the timeframes outlined for each service or product.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

2. Digital Products (e.g., E-books, Downloads, Journals)

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they are considered consumed upon delivery.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

3. Coaching Services

  • Single Sessions: Refunds are not available for single coaching sessions that have been delivered.

  • Packages:

    • Refunds for unused sessions in coaching packages may be issued if requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session.

    • Used sessions will be charged at the single-session rate, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions require at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

4. Membership Subscriptions

  • Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

  • Refunds for subscriptions are only available within 14 days of the initial purchase (cooling-off period) if no content has been accessed.

  • After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds will not be issued, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

5. Events and Workshops

  • Refunds for events or workshops are available if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the start date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If we cancel or reschedule an event or workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

6. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception to this refund policy, please contact us at info@parentologyworld.com Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the content, as all services and products are clearly described prior to purchase.

  • Refunds are not available for services or products purchased through third-party vendors. Please contact the vendor directly for their refund policy.
